Jesus uses Caesar’s coin to reveal that while earthly governments may claim temporary authority, every human life ultimately belongs to God because we bear His image and are called to give Him our complete allegiance.

We are not owners but stewards, entrusted by God to use our time, gifts, resources, relationships, and lives for the glory of Christ and the spread of His Gospel.

What we continually crave and meditate upon will ultimately shape our hearts, direct our lives, and determine whether we pursue the fading pleasures of the world or the transforming truth of God’s Word.

This sermon urges believers not to receive God’s grace in vain, but to respond to it with urgent repentance, full surrender, and a transformed, holy life empowered by Christ.
